Inter-City intangible cultural cooperation network is an international organization of local governments which aims at safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and
ensuring sustainable development in local government level in the world.
ICCN is an ACCREDITED NGO to the UNESCO.
Admission: Membership of the ICCN shall be decided by the Executive Board. (Qualifying members may express their wish to join ICCN by notifying the ICCN Secretariat; the Secretariat shall report this to the Executive Board for their consideration).
Membership Fee: The General Assembly in 2012 approved to pay annual membership fees to support the programs of ICCN and to encourage a sense of belongingness and sense of ownership amongst the members. The membership fee shall be charged to the full members only. The new full members shall pay the membership fee upon approval, and shall be given the voting right upon full payment. The payment of membership fees shall be based on the population of the member city as follows:

Travelling costs and other costs related to participate in the ICCN meetings should be paid by each member city.
